PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
It can effectively remove the cleaning agent on the bottle slice and the stains and glue dust after being dissolved by the cleaning agent. It is also the necessary equipment to separate the bottle cap and bottle slice in the PET bottle slice cleaning line.
The main application objects are: PET / PVC / ABS / PP / PS / PC, etc. according to the different output, two kinds of rinsing water tanks are designed, single screw and double screw. The equipment adopts deep-water design, horizontal propulsion, extrusion discharge and other methods to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional rinse tank, which is very suitable for density method separation, PET bottle piece cleaning, and completely solves the problems of incomplete separation of submerged material and floating material.
