Agglomerator

Chemical fiber high-speed agglomerator is a kind of equipment that directly granulates waste thermoplastic film and products with wall thickness less than 2mm.

It can agglomerate the waste products or films of soft PVC, high and low pressure polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene and other thermoplastic plastics, and can also granulate the waste products of expanded polystyrene.

This agglomerator machine applies the advanced technology of Japan, uses the principle of multi knife rapid grinding, continuous mixing, mixing friction heating, rapid cooling shrinkage, and puts the waste materials such as plastic film, silk, belt, sheet, soft plastic tube, foaming material, degradation material and angle material into the reproduction. It is the latest ideal granulation equipment for plastic recycling and regeneration.

​The agglomeration equipment produced in our factory has a delicate structure and a small floor area. The agglomerator machine is equipped with an automatic temperature control device to control the pelletizing temperature and avoid the trouble of cleaning the traditional pelletizer paste.

The liner is made of 6 thick stainless steel, which will not rust and corrode, and the wall thickness is wear-resistant.
