PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The die is a series of fixed opening and closing accumulators with double pull rod synchronous clamping mechanism, cylinder pressure direct clamping die and patented two-color accumulator die head. It is suitable for making 60 / 90L special surface tooling, toys, sports equipment, etc.

Blow molding, also known as hollow blow molding, is a rapidly developing plastic processing method. The tubular plastic parison obtained by extrusion or injection molding of thermoplastic resin is placed in the split mold when it is hot (or heated to the softened state), and compressed air is introduced into the parison immediately after the mold is closed, so that the plastic parison is blown and pressed against the inner wall of the mold, and various hollow products are obtained after cooling and demoulding.
During the Second World War, blow molding technology began to be used to produce LDPE vials. In the late 1950s, with the birth of HDPE and the development of blow molding machine, blow molding technology has been widely used. The volume of the hollow container can reach thousands of liters, and some production has been controlled by computer. The plastics suitable for blow molding include polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyester, etc. the hollow containers are widely used as industrial packaging containers.
