Why Choose A Agglomerator

The main characteristics of the agglomerator are:
1、 Crushing, mixing, and coloring can be carried out sequentially
2、 The plastic agglomerator has a small footprint and a simple structure that is easy to operate.
3、 The plastic film agglomerator machine has high production efficiency and low energy consumption
4、 Pellet function for low-temperature granulation, basically does not damage the molecular structure of raw materials and does not damage             physical properties
5、 The blade gap of the pelletizer is adjustable, making it easy to change the blade
The agglomerator machine has a small footprint, a simple and easy to operate structure, and is automated from raw material crushing, feeding to particle making. The equipment is equipped with a constant temperature device, automatic feeding, and fully utilizes the high-pressure friction uninterrupted heating system to automatically produce heating, avoiding continuous heating, saving electricity and energy. The inner liner is made of stainless steel, durable, and has electromechanical separation. The operation is simple and safe, and it can be used multiple times. It can replace mixing and drying machines, with high production efficiency, low energy consumption, low-temperature granulation, and basically does not damage the molecular structure of raw materials. It is an essential equipment for pelletizers.
    Operation steps of the agglomerator:
1. Start with no load and run for five minutes to check for any abnormalities. If there are no abnormalities, continue running for 20 minutes before stopping for inspection. Enter the load test when there are no abnormalities. After the air freight is turned to normal, a continuous load operation test of no less than two hours must be conducted. Before the load operation, the process personnel must determine the water spray temperature and amount of the material being agglomerated in advance.
2. Before adding material to the plastic film agglomerator, the material must be loosened first and then gradually added, especially for strip and fibrous materials, special care must be taken to prevent the motor from exceeding the rated current, and to avoid the material being entangled on the spindle.
3. When adding materials to the plastic agglomerator, attention should be paid to the motor's short-term load not exceeding the rated current. When it exceeds the rated current, the feeding should be stopped briefly, and then the material should be loosened and gradually added.
4. After the feeding is completed, the operator should carefully observe the movement of the material. When a large amount of clumps begin to form, water should be supplied immediately. After the water vapor disappears, the discharge door can be opened to release the granular material
