PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Working principle of waste shredder: materials enter into the shredding box through the feeding system, and the box is loaded with shredding blades. The pusher pushes the materials to the vicinity of the blades. The materials are shredded into small pieces through the comprehensive functions of shredding blades, such as tearing, extruding and shearing, and then discharged from the mesh holes.
The main shaft of shredding equipment is supported by bearings at both ends, and the motor is transmitted to the main shaft through the gearbox. The rotating main shaft drives the tools in spiral arrangement, and the rotation of the main shaft drives the tools to mesh, tearing up the materials and completing the cutting task. The electric control part is equipped with a reverse automatic control device to overcome the major technical problems of the stopper. In order to improve the service life and cutting ability, both the spindle and the cutter are treated by tempering.
