Product introduction：
1. This pvc pellet extrusion machine introduces Japanese technology, can directly put after crushing, cleaning thin-film PE/PP etc into single screw extrusion line for granulation. It won’t destroy the structure and physical property of the raw material molecule, and it's much more energy-saving than traditional pellet feeding method.
2. The single-screw extrusion line adopts large L/D ratio screw, with special venting equipment and can effectively wipe off the water content and get high output.
3. Production line apply water-ring hot-cutting, granules are uniform and beautiful.
Product Application:
Plastic pelletizing granulator machine is used to recycle various kinds of plastic products and make plastic into granules to recover the plastic and suit for making products again.
We have two kinds of pelletizing machine.One is SJ series PE PP pelletizing machine.Another one is ZL series PE PP compactor pelletizing machine. It's suitable for PE PP LDPE HDPE BOPP ABS EVA etc.such as Woven bags, printed LDPE film (rolls, loose, bundled), agriculture film, foamed plastics and raffia, etc.
Features:
• Gear box: high-torque design; low- noise; smooth running.
• Special barrel design can assure better compounding effect in order to reduce the problem of black point and chromatism.
• Equipped with a force feeder and hydraulic screen changers according to material’s special character, it can get a better capacity and save more power.
• Vacuum or common gas exhaust system, which help getting rid of damp, waste gas, impurity, can ensure a more stable extrusion and more solid pellets
