PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The production line adopts high-efficiency single screw extruder and vacuum sizing and cooling by multi crawler tractor through spiral or basket mold. It is well known that large diameter hdpe-pp-pe-ppr pipes are all traction pipes. Shuanglin specially developed a fast traction switching device to solve this problem. Through the appropriate modification of the unit, two or more layers of coextrusion can be realized. The extrusion layer material can be replaced or special materials, such as flame retardant, antistatic, corrosion-resistant and nano antibacterial materials, can be added according to the use requirements, which greatly improves the utilization rate of pipes, reduces the consumption of raw materials and reduces the cost of pipes.
The production line adopts PLC control system, simple operation, single machine adjustment, whole board linkage, automatic fault alarm, and reliable production.
